3. Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

4. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, returned items must meet all of the following:

  • In original packaging and gift box

  • Unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • All tags still attached

  • Free items included (if any)

No exceptions—items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Options
