This includes design preferences, dimensions, materials, Stone, and any specific deadlines you have in mind.
Once we receive your detailed request, our team will carefully review it and reach out to you with any questions or clarifications. We'll then provide you with a preliminary sketch (if applicable) and a quote. Please note that custom orders may require additional time and costs, depending on the complexity and materials requested.

First Class Mail shipping FREE to United States addresses for life. For order over $100 we offer FREE priority mail shipping too. We ship out all orders typically the next business day after payment is received. Shipping to US, CA, UK, AU and EU. No minimum purchase conditions. Please note that buyer is responsible for paying any duties and taxes associated with delivery outside the United States. Shipping fees are not refundable. Estimated delivery time excludes weekends and holidays.

RETURN POLICY:
- If you are not 100% happy with the item, we will offer either an exchange or refund. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date of merchandise.
- Buyer pays for return shipping.
- Return items must be in brand new condition (unused, unworn, unaltered). No exception.
- Must return in original packaging and gift box, along with free items if any.
- Return items MUST meet all above requirements to be eligible for a full refund or an exchange.
- We receive very few returns, but please contact me prior to doing so.
